Do you charge per instrument?
No. Pricing is per bench, not per instrument. Plug in as many SMUs, scopes or supplies as one operator can stand behind.
What counts as a bench?
A bench is a physical workstation with one operator at a time. If two people are running protocols simultaneously, that's two benches.
Is the agent runtime metered?
During the trial week it's capped at 500 agent-minutes — more than enough to characterize a few devices. On Lab and Enterprise it's unmetered.
Can I bring my own model?
On Enterprise, yes. You can route the planner to Claude, Anthropic-hosted, OpenAI, or your own on-prem inference. Tool-calling stays in Labflow.
What happens to my data?
It stays in your control plane. We don't train on customer data, and on Enterprise the inference can be fully on-device.
How does the free trial work?
One week, free, on a single bench. A Labflow engineer pairs with you for the kick-off session and stays on call for the rest of the week. No credit card up front. If it doesn't earn its keep, you walk away — otherwise we convert to Lab or Enterprise.
